  I am a regular customer of Manhattan Bagel and enjoy it, but this particular location is so bad. I am here right now for breakfast and the staff is so unfriendly, the store is not as clean as the ones I usually go to (totowa & Englwood), and even their bagel is not as good as the others I don’t recommend this store but I do highly recommend Manhattan Bagel

  Comparing two other MB shops, this location is not up to par. I do not recommend to others. I wonder if the bagel shop across the street offers better service?

  To be named Manhattan Bagels is an insult to actual Manhattan Bagel shops. I originally stopped at this location in the summer and the food was ok, the staff was nice and the order (which was a few breakfast sandwiches) was ready pretty quickly. So today, in the mood for avocado toast I decided to go back. First, I received an attitude and way too much confusion from the cashier because she didn’t know what avocado toast was. It’s not rocket science. It’s toasted bread with avocado. After I explained it to her she brushes me aside as if she’s bothered and takes other orders. I waited 15 minutes and then got upset and cancelled the order. People were getting bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches (multiple orders btw) who ordered AFTER ME and still no toast with avocado. Then when I cancel the order the guy cooking the food gives me an attitude bc I cancelled. Yea never going back. I rather drive to NY. All in all, you need a more knowledgeable staff and the person in front needs to learn how to prioritize better.

  This is the worst bagel place in usa, asked for simple sesame bagel toasted Very Dark, , they said I have to wait 20 minutes, bagel store out of gargles at 10 am !! so I asked for dark toasted another type bagel and after 16 minutes, I took my beagles & went home, there was hardly any cream cheese on them and as cold as frozen bagel & with smallest size bagel I have ever seen in my life. Go right cross the street for real bagels. They are not worth the money or the trip. BTW English is not a language that you can use there ......

  I have never purchased an egg and cheese sandwich and received only one egg. I should've asked for dry bread and cheese. Not going back there again
