  We recently used this funeral home for my grandmothers burial. I know it is weird to say but the lady who did her make up rocked!!! Gram looked like she was in her 60’s even tho she was 94. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. My mother and uncle really appreciated the Paper Shredding when they were Cleanning out my grandmothers apartment from Manor Park.

  Recently we used Mangano to plan my father in laws funeral. Everything went better than expected. We had expected the costs to be more, however Joe gave us suggestions to help us meet the budget we had. He also gave us nice suggestions for local restaurants where we could eat and order food from.

  This funeral home is a total disgrace. The only objective is making money and no personal regard for the grieving families. The employee that tended to my friends funeral was rude, insensitive and totally unprofessional. He made so much noise packing up items from the casket before the casket was closed and taking things out of the casket in front of the family to pack up those items. While the priest was giving the last sermon before the church services, this employee was packing said items in a brown bag in the back of the room and making so much noise that you could not hear the priest. What a disgrace. Displaced in the entire lobby, they have display cases showing all types of urn”s with price tags. How discussing. Are we at Sears window shopping?????? How insensitive to the family who’s loved ones may be cremated. The grieving family must see these urn’s on display with price tags in the lobby!!!! Seriously!!!!The urn’s should be in a private viewing room, along with the caskets, to be chosen by the family for the final resting accommodations for their loved ones I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone..

  We recently had the misfortune of having to use the services of Mangano Funeral Home for the recent passing of a loved one. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the lack of empathy and compassion portrayed by the staff during this very difficult time. Sadly they proved that this establishment is a business run solely for profit.
