::BEWARE!!!! Do not pay for any of their package sessions! Take a class at a time until you are sure you are happy with this business and their services. I am pretty sure you will NOT be back in the gym after 2 sessions. Effectiveness - if you want the adrenaline rush of feeling like you worked out, then you can spend on this place for 15 minutes of the rush. However, I would highly suggest grabbing a bottle of water and downloading NRC and NTC - much much more effective on the body than the money I wasted in this place. And both NRC and NTC are free!!!! Customer service - Absolutely worst customer service I have received in all my years in the US! Oliver is very rude and he blames it on his Austrian accent. Very unprofessional business standards when I informed them that I was relocating and needed a reimbursement on my unused sessions. Mind you, I was asking for a reimbursement based on their higher rates because I had paid in advance when I was not required to - my stupid mistake of being a good customer. One of the trainers, Lina does not know the border between being professional and fraternizing. She kept mocking my husband when he visited their business but we brushed it off and my husband never showed up again. Absolute worst service experience - even airlines let you know when your flight is not refundable or refundable. Never had to write a negative review in my 10 years in the US but this one was a bit much.

::Super happy I found out about these guys! Very competent, fun and amazing customer service. And the fact, that it takes only 15 minutes is a Bonus since I have a very busy schedule. My muscles are sore every time as the trainer makes sure we work on all muscle parts :D And I can already see changes on my body - can't wait to get Bikini ready :-)))

::I am obsessed with this work out. I love it because it's a whole body workout that I can get in 15 minutes! I'm not a big fan of the gym and this is the perfect solution for me. And in just 2 1/2 months my body fat has decreased, and my muscle mass has increased and firmed up!
