Food is good. All orders are made fresh. A great hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. It is on the strip right across from Aria. Down side is can get the exact same thing I got there back home in Indiana for half the price. Because of being right on the strip expect meals to be about $12.00 a plate.

We were here for a work function in the ball room. Wonderful place with a fantastic view of the strip from the whole room. The event was wonderful and the setting was amazing. Great staff and food. Will have another event here.

I’m leaving one star because I rented a room for 5/25/2018 and it cost $350, which is normal. The entire purpose of us staying here was to use the pool. We realize it’s memorial day weekend so we inquired about a pool cabana to have some privacy during the busy pool season. Their website gives you a phone number, but when you call it, they just take down your info to call you back. After I did that, I emailed them, in which they immediately emailed me back the prices. It was $550 to rent a pool cabana. I find it outrageous that the pool cabana would cost significantly more than our room did. Also, I am upset that pool cabana prices are the same for the public (non paying hotel guests) as they are for paying hotel guests like myself. So we both laughed and quickly cancelled our reservation. We found this hotel to be completely unhelpful, over priced and unwelcoming. We will never stay here and we ended up booking a room at a resort off the strip, which has a MUCH BETTER pool, for $250. Mandarin Oriental can keep their high prices and run around service.

The room was sublime. My favorite chain hotel room & bath ever. The location is central, yet the hotel is quiet and secluded since it has no casino. Friendly, efficient service and great food in MOzen. What I didn't like: (1) our group reserved a large block of rooms, but it didn't help us when it came to using hotel services. I wish at the very least the hotel staff would have suggested to us that we make a reservation for the hotel bar far in advance of staying there. Too bad there wasn't a better effort to prioritize hotel guests. (2) the spa was fine, but I don't feel the need to go back. (3) my only afternoon tea experiences have been in London and the tea experience here did. not. compare. I would skip.

We stayed the weekend here for our Anniversary and we loved it! They did everything we requested and bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful! They upgraded us to a Strip View Room when we got there. They gave us chocolate covered Strawberries for our Anniversary which was a nice touch. We loved the large bath tub and the bath salts. My wife used it multiple times and she was in heaven. We loved our view. Amazing! The location was top notch, nothing was too far to walk too. So close to T Mobile arena where we went to a show. We love that there is no Casino or Smoking here. We would get back from a day on the strip and it was so relaxing to get away from the crowds. We just felt so relaxed once we walked back into the building. We will be back because we love all the small things they do for us. Our favorite Hotel we ever stayed at. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
