  I came to this hotel during Christmas time, they had tea time hr. You would have to make a reservation before you arriving. I am not sure if they still serve tea time hr since holiday is over. It's a set of price like $65 person so it's kinda pricey. When I walked into lobby, the staffs greet me with a smile and even pulled my chair out for me. The waiter was amazing even she is the only that serve all the table and she is very knowledge with the food that's on the menu. No matter how busy she is, she would come back to check on us to make sure we are all set. Since it was set of price, it came with champagne, apple cider, top place was scones with jams. Second plate was different type of finger sandwiches and variety types of deserts.

  Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Delicious food. But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional. The Concierge Team was the best I've ever encountered throughout our worldwide travels! Can't wait to come back!
