  The only nice professional technician that worked there was fired. The staff is extremely rude & only want your money & will lie to get it. I waited over 30mins for my appt time & I arrived early. The doctor spent less than 10mins with me. Couldn't believe how rude everybody is, especially the woman with long blonde hair. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Save your money ppl & go elsewhere.

  Every visit in the last 3 years has been a nightmare. You will wait a good hour before being seen. The operation by far is the worst I have ever seen. Three strikes time to find a new eye doctor. I think this office might want to consider some management changes. I literally watched a cat spat between the receptionist and one of the eye techs last year in front of all the patients. Walmart has classier employees and probably better patient practices.

  I saw Dr. Malashock. I appreciated the thoroughness of the eye exam. I've never been tested for color blindness or had anyone test my near vision the way they did. I REALLY liked the test where there was 2 different colors and he asked if one caused the text to be more bold or defined than the other. I've never had those 3 tests in recent memory(20+years) or if ever. They were very upfront with what I would be charged at the end of my appointment before I was even seen. I also made sure I fully understood my own insurance coverage before I made an appointment anywhere. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover an addition test that I felt I needed(due to family history) and was prepared to pay the difference. It's extremely important to understand your own insurance before you seek to use it anywhere and is not the fault of the providers. I REALLY appreciate the no/low pressure to purchase frames. I know my prescription hardly changes and only purchase new frames if I damage a lens. I get my eyes checked mainly to maintain eye health. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful!

  I don't feel rushed when I'm with Dr. Malashock. I also, don't feel pressured for add-ons to my glasses.

  I was in your office twice; once to set up my appointment and then for the appointment itself. On both occasions the folks that I dealt with were professional, knowledgable and friendly. It almost felt like family...anyone there would be welcome to come over for Thanksgiving dinner.
