  I came to check out this gym and couldn’t find it because the address they have listed here on google is exactly what you see in the photo...a grocery store. I go in and ask if they know where this gym is no one knows and they’ve been there for 12 years. So I call the number listed here 3 times and no answer. Smh

  We did all of our sessions in the park, which was fantastic and refreshing. If you care about technique as well as getting a good workout, this is the guy.

  By far the best trainer/coach I have worked with. Experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. Skillful teacher; explanations and demonstrations clear and understandable, creates drills and combos that naturally build you up, correct your mistakes, and hone your skills. Makes every session a good workout, challenging but always fun and interesting.

  I had a few lessons with Ron at MBC(Makovoz Boxing Club) until I had to move cities! I wish I could continue training with Ron as he is truly dedicated to the sport as well as to personal fitness. When I joined his club I knew virtually nothing about boxing but he taught me very good functional moves that I continue using to this day in my cardio exercises. I will recommend MBC to anyone looking for specialized one-on-one fitness/boxing lessons especially if you want get in better shape. It is also good for anyone trying to learn boxing from the most basic level to more advanced. Thanks for the lessons Ron, hope to train with you again soon!
