    I went through a great ordeal with Drew Faiella to have a flat changed in my tire. We paid him to order a new inner tube. Two days later, if it arrived that early he said "We got a problem, There's a hole in that inner tube. I don't know where I got that thing." Later that day I called him back and he said "It was a brand new tube, I just poked a hole in it getting it on." So he orders another one, and installs it Friday, or so he claims. It lasts for 2 trips to Safeway. one block away, and then collapses inside of Safeway after 20 minutes of slowly driving around. We get into an argument and he takes the wheel again, to another Scooter Place, and returns with a brand new tire, and an extra inner tube. Ok, he did go out of his way to do this, except it is not as wide. It's 16 x 2.125 instead of 16 x 2.50, I called him to ask if it was okay, just to get his professional opinion. We conclude it will be fine. He then calls me and says he is bringing bit ack to them to get the right one, they apparantly gave him the wrong one. Okay so far, and the next day, he returns me.... The original Tire with the Flat. No don't bother calling me, or keeping me informed. Did he really think I would want the flat tire back instead of a brand new tire with an extra inner tube, even though it was just a tiny bit smaller? I didn't ask him to return it, I only asked his opinion of the situation. And he had told me they probably threw the old stuff away. This guy has changed his story SO many times, and told me a great deal of lies, and has NOT kept me informed along the way, or asked me what I wanted. We also paid him over $400 to install new batteries, but I don't seem to be getting any more distance out of them. Did he really install new batteries? There isn't any proof, receipts, shipping boxes, he didn't give me back the old batteries, or tubes. I have no way of knowing. The tube he was working on, the valve receded into the tube, it wouldn't take slime, I could patch it and it would be good for a couple trips but that was it. When he supposedly replaced the tube, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING. Valve Receding, and not taking Slime. And he has the nerve to say "Well if it was working for a short time then I fixed it right. You must've rode over something." Um no, because I patched that tube several times, and it worked for a couple trips and that was it. It proves exactly the opposite, it was NOT fixed correctly. Drew could've charged whatever he wanted to do it right, which is what we were paying for, instead he gives me these lies, excuses and shoddy services. You may have to pay more somewhere else but it's worth it. He also claims "You don't put Slime in the tube after a flat, you put it in before the flat." Um no, not according to the instructions on the Slime Can. I even called and asked Slime customer service about this. Drew Faiella is a senile old man who has completely lost his mind. Do not trust him. If you must work with him, Make sure he shows you proof or better yet, order the parts yourself, such as Inner Tubes, new batteries, etc, and have him install them. Watch him if you can. Do not Trust Drew Faiella to repair your scooter with his own judgment, because he will return a brand new tire and bring you back a flat. He is clearly a senile old man who is out of his mind and you will not be able to avoid getting into an argument and drama with this guy. His scooters in his store are also ridiculously overpriced. He never ordered a new tube, in the past it always took longer then 2 days to arrive, and he changed his story. "I don't know where I got that thing, I poked a hole in it getting it on." Yeah right. Lies and more lies.

    Amazing customer service! Drew really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the products and are getting the right ones for your particular needs. I purchased a scooter and a walker from him in the last couple of weeks. The caring doesn’t stop when you leave the store, either. I have called with questions about my purchases and he is very patient and helpful and friendly. I recommend him to anyone looking for mobility aids. You will be very happy you went to his store.
