  8 out of 10 times these people can NOT get our order right. I have lived here for two years and at the very least our order is wrong 80% of the time! They are not even apologetic about it, offer no recourse, and obviously are not doing anything internally because they continue to be to allow the same problems to occur over and over and over. This morning I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, the woman handed it me and said “1 sausage cheese biscuit”. I pulled out, opened the bag, and no cheese..... is that really rocket science? And why did she say it if she didn’t bother checking it. Then I went back and they make me pull forward and wait.... me.... I have already waited my turn, you screwed up.... I will wait right here. I know it’s a fast food establishment, but it’s piss poor management!

  I work a night shift so I've been there before around the same time but when I pulled up, this middle aged short haired white woman completely ignored me. I guess it was the time they where closed but I wasn't aware, since I've been before. We made eye contact, she turned away from me, I waited several more minutes watching her ignore me, then I honked. She was right there and continued to ignore me until I actually got out of my car and knocked on the glass. It sounds ridiculous but remember, I'm a night time worker.i was use to them being open. She never came to the window but stayed close so I asked if they were open and she mumbled something. She never bothered to come to the window. I realized that they clearly did not care to let me know if they're serving or not so I drove off. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

  disorganized, filthy tables, no napkins in dispenser. Sunday evening and they were dead. Not like they were short handed. the cheeseburgers were Berry obviously more than 30 minutes old, not fresh. when I asked for fresh cheeseburgers, the manager actually like I was inconveniencing her non-work related conversation. also the manager had her kids in the lobby playing on an iPad, coming up along for stuff like drinks and free food..bad experience overall

  Pretty busy. But clean, friendly and good service. The manager is especially attentive and helpful. Good management skills!

  This McDonald's has a great kids place for them to play. They even have a beam projection system that plays games for the kids on the floor. It is a great energy burn as the kids go around and stomp on the pad. If for some reason it is turned off, the manager has always been more than happy to turn it on. I also found the staff to be very friendly and bathrooms clean. We take our kids there at least once a week, especially in the closet weather.
