  Kept my cell phone in my back pocket, placed it on the paper dispenser to the side of the commode, both black in color. Washed my hands and forgot the phone. I got a new one by insurance. Don't place phones or rings anywhere other than another pocket or bag. These are not turned into the country servers as lost and found.

  I am a senior citizen visiting NY and was walking in the area when I really needed to use the restroom. A man left and the door didn't lock so I ran in and used it even tho the sign said it was for customers only. I had intended to buy a drink, AFTER using the restroom, but left because the nasty cleaning lady started hammering on the door during my brief stay. I was afraid she was going to unlock it while I was in there. How much fun is it to be made to eat or drink something before being allowed to go to the restroom? Where I live, people can use the restrooms without buying anything. Sometimes people have emergencies and really need to go.

  The staff seemed like they did not want to be here. All the food we ordered was cold. The sandwiches weren't cooked correctly. The soda was flat. The bathroom even smelled horrible and we had to smell it while eating. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

  This MCd'S location never ceases to screw up my orders. That's okay, life is too short to complain. They are great people that work here. Good customer services: very polite and accommodating.

  Slow like no other place on Earth. Full of homeless people and drunks. Really un cool place. I paid for my food and was denied the use of the bathroom. Never going there again.
