  It's rare for this spot to get any part of the quick service experience right. I always ask for no pickle no ketchup on my burgers but instead I get no pickle no onions. I request a seltzer water and I get tap water or sprite. The fries are usually luke warm at best. 90% of the servers don't smile or say thank you. Quick service here is as much an oddity as a white person in Paterson after midnight, doing something good. The management is complacent and rarely do you witness them taking actions to improve their establishment. I can only assume that this place survives because of the ideal and convenient location. Furthermore, it possibly keeps its doors open because the surrounding community (myself included) likes the inexpensive, artery clogging food. It's a shame that places in Paterson like the aforementioned, feel that less than mediocre service is good enough. I digress and drive to the White Castle all the way on the other side of Paterson.   This place is always busy and crowded. Although (and not to sound at all racist because I'm not) they need to hire people that speak better English. Sometimes its hard communicating your entire order to someone who doesn't understand you completely and/or can't pronounce things correctly.. But otherwise great restaurant.

  If you're the only one there it's fine but if there is more than one person in line the service is slow

  They Always Have A Lot Of Staff But Never Gets The Order Right Food Cold.

  Fast service. No mistakes. The employee are pretty cool and friendly
