::Terrible service. Very rude. We waited on the drive they line for 15 minutes and tried to order through the box. After no response we pulled up to the front window and the worker named Lexi started yelling us and refusing to take the order. She never responded when we waited and the other cars behind us did the same thing. She finally took our order and told us to wait on the side. We waited for 20 minutes and after that we went back to get our money refund. Terrible service and they were allowing people to walk up to the window without a car to order. The worker Lexi behavior was mean and disgraceful.

::They have a parking lot which is a big plus. An ordering kiosk with a very helpful assistant. And a number of tables to sit at. Nice place.

::Very friendly staff... Actually gets the order correct. Convenient 24-hour drive-thru at this location. The Establishment and gramz have always been kept clean as far as I've known.

::One of the best branches in nyc. Recently renovated, very clean, have the self service screens and you can get your order straight to the table. Everything was very fresh and the atmosphere there was nice.
