  I ordered a “big kids” 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal and got a 4 piece happy meal. Our French frys were cold. I tried to call and complain, but all I got was the high pitch of a fax machine! Not happy at all!!!

  Employee tried to talk to me like a i was a child telling me " timeout, timeout " while she had to finish a convo with her co-workers while she pulled me up to the waiting parking and all i was asking for was condiments. The fries were stale and cold to top if off

  We normally come here 2-3 times a month but lately everything has been sub par. The food is greasy, buns are hard, and tonight's visit? I didn't even eat because I hadn't received my food after 20 minutes. I also noticed multiple people from the drive through had to come inside to correct their orders. The young lady working the counter was great, she repeatedly tried to get my food but after 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. Other orders that were placed after me were fulfilled first. Also, the self pay kiosks are a joke. They do not save time (I used it to order tonight) and if you pay cash you still have to wait in line. Very disappointed in the service and food quality in the last 2 months or so.
