  Wish I can give 0 star. I asked the lady for 4 sweet and source sauce for 4 times. She ignored what I said. She just told me in the box. They are very Rude. Do not come here.

  A HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. My order was taken quickly there was only 2 cars ahead of me I got to the window and paid for my food advanced forward to the first pickup window and sat there for a while with nothing pulled to the second window guy comes to the window tells me he erased my order from the screen so he needs to see my receipt. I give him the receipt...a short time later a lady returns with my drink and a bag. there's no lemon in the tea that I requested so she went to get the lemons I waited there for a good 5 to 6 minutes something told me to look in the bag my fries were not in the bag so when she came back saying they had to cut some lemons up I told her I was charged for a combo but there's no fries in this bag so she eventually returned with the fries and lemon said that the person that took the order just didn't enter it properly ...she apologized but this visit was just really disappointing and of course by the time I got my fries the burger was cold ... the sweet tea is not sweet...i tried calling the store twice...line busy smh

  I was excited to visit this location since they did a complete rebuild, not just a remodel. The interior is nice and kept clean, even though there was a lot of foot traffic.I placed my order, using the kiosk, took my number and found a seat. I waited quite a long time to receive my food and had to ask for my drink cup. The employee was disgruntled because she had to make an extra trip. As for the food, what a disappointment! Ok, I know it's Mac Donald's, but burgers are their business. My fries were cold and my burger dry. I approached the manager, but he was too busy to raise his head long enough to answer me. I filled out the survey via email, and asked for a call back. I sincerely doubt I'll hear from them.

  If you have been to one you have been to them all. The drive thru here is madness but at least they have two ordering stations. Check out the self check out boards when inside. Especially if your order is to go. I prefer the coffee here. It is very good. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff but they stay super busy!

  The employees seem like they did not care when I went with my friend. We tried to use a coupon for a free menu item, but one of the managers said that since it was ripped a in the corner, it was invalid. When our order was called, they prepared it for dine-in even though we said to-go and they also added salt to my friend's fries, yet he specifically requested no salt. Other than that, the our Quarter Pounders we ordered tasted amazing. At least they got something right! In addition, this was our first time going to the re-modeled version of this location, which looks very clean and appealing.
