::The worst Mcdonalds ever!!! The night crew sucks. They take way too long to make the food and get people out of the drive thru. Oh & there is two lanes but only ONE is ever open. Been here for like 40 mins and that is just ridiculous.

::Whatever happened to customer service? When a person comes into your establishment they SHOULD be greeted! I visited this McDonald's on Saturday May 26th and went to the register where a young African American guy named Michael did not say Hi or How's it going or anything personable at all just what you want? Really?? Is this how management trains their crew at this store? I also asked for 1 sezhuan sauce for my fries and a young African American swing manager did not even look at me just grabbed one and flung it in my bag with a sour look on her face like that REALLY INCONVENIENCED her to have to get that 1 sauce for me! I've been to this store before and they were just as rude last time! I WONT be coming back to this store! And ATTENTION OWNERS!!!!! Did you know this is what kind of people you have working for you???? It will only hurt your business in the LONG RUN! Do you even care??? when I was younger back in the eighties McDonald's was one of my first jobs and me and my friends worked there and made it into a FUN experience!😀😀😀😀 And We Were always polite to the customers. So I ask again. What happened to BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE???? You owners need to have a SERIOUS meeting and re-train your WHOLE STORE!!! ::It was by chance I saw the entrance. I could not see the actual restaurant upon approach. I past it, but I wasn't actually planning on grabbing a bite to eat. Anyways, I turned around and entered the drive through with two cars in front of me. I barely recall stopping because it seemed no time at all that I handed over my credit card and was on my way with some delishes goodies to satisfy my hunger. Glad I spotted the entrance.

::They have yet to get my food order incorrect, which is deserving of four stars. I have never been inside, only through the drive-thru. They always manage to tell you to pull up to one of the waiting spots and then keep you there for 5 to 10 minutes. Which is the reason why I can't give 5 stars
