  Come here from time to time. Each time we bring our kids. Each time we come into the play area after eating and each time it's the same. People sitting at the tables and not paying attention to their kids. Kids with bare feet, too. Do we even know if the equipment gets cleaned? That's why the require socks. My son came in flip flops so I leant my socks to him to run in. Lots of kids and not seeing many caretakers/parents watching. All I suggest is watch the kids and bring proper foot attire cause workers are not monitoring the area.

  This McDonald's is located on Broadway in Hicksville, New York. Close to the Northern State Parkway and The Long Island Expressway. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. On Friday May 4th 2018, did a drive thru purchase of 6 items at 10:45pm. My order was missing 2 items. When I notified my cashier(after paying of course), she took the bag back and slowly walked to the front and put the missing items back in the bag. No sorry about that or I'll handle it right away. She did fix the situation, but the lack of enthusiasm is not up to par with McDonald's standards. My advice, go to a different place if you're on Broadway in Hicksville.

  Thank you for supplying for me Mac Sauce for my chicken nuggets instead of the other sauce selections at no additional charge. Mac Sauce is the base or foundation of this Company. Other locations will charge extra for it?? Mac Sauce is a condiment and should never be charged for. Thanks again.

  The fries were under cooked. And food is sometimes not hot. You should also make sure you check your bag that everything is there.

  My son has had a lot of fun in their in door playground. He made some new friends whom have met several times during lunch. The best McDonald's in Queens and Long Island.
