  I have more than one year and half going to MCDonald at 22 50 31st, NY 11105 Astoria every monday with my children. the people in this place have been gentle and they have given me a good services as a costumer especially the cashiers. However today I went with my kids to buy a happy meal as alway; They had two toys repeated and went to change as other times when they have the entire coletion of the promotion. I had never had a problem with this because the cashiers exchanged the toys them kindly. today one Dominican man. one person told me that his name is Philly. I'm not sure if it's his real nameI. He treat my children very badly. He told them that this was not possible. my kids ony are six and nine years old. When I went to claim him he told me that McDonald could not lose by changing that toys because that did not work anymore. I asked him that if that was the way to cater their costumers, who visite this restauran every Monday for one year and a half. that if he cared more than two simple toys that good service to they customers and he told me that they could not lose that money. I got upset and told himI would not visit that place anymore. and this "Senor"told me that was my problem if I wanted to return or not. I stand outraged that this manager offered that bad service. until this person works there I do not visit that place and I will inform all the moms of my children's school do not visit that McDonald's for the bad service the this manager offers. By the Way I am Dominicam ans this is not the way that my people works in their job'splaces

  This place is poorly managed. The food is gross and the so called Supervisor Carlos is just as gross as the food. I will never go to a McDonalds ever again.

  It took awhile to get my food. It was worth the wait. The cleanest McDonald's I've been to in NY. The sweet tea was perfect too

  Food was served quick but it was cold also got a caramel macchiato which was very good so two stars
