  The great thing is that when we got there no one was there so no line, we walked right up to place our order. I bought the freshly made quarter pounder with cheese and it looked like it was still thrown together and not put together with love or care. The burger itself didnt look appetizing like when you cook it or the way the commercials show. The (1) thing I did like about the freshly made burger was the onions; they were sliced and not chopped which was nice. The French fries are always tasty. The freshly made burger other than the onions is no different other than the fact that in your mind you feel the burger wasn't just sitting there waiting to be picked up. There really was no difference in waiting for the food either so it makes you wonder was it really freshly cooked.

  Recieved rude unprofessional service. Repeated his rude comments to mgr. Even after Anthony was spoken to by mgr he still thought it was a joke. Email sent to customer service. Hopefully they can wipe the smile off his face.

  El turno de la noche son una falta de respeto y ladrones la caja feliz no le pusieron el Yogur y encima faltandole el respecto a uno hablándole mal y las papa tenían sólo 3 o 4 papa

  I mean it’s McDonald’s, but if you hungry and it’s late and definitely go get some drive thru. It’s usually pretty quick and fresh

  This McDonald's location is in need of a review of their employees' ability to perform in their assigned positions. The employee taking my order was beyond rude. She took my order wrong, attempted to charge me twice for a hash brown and orange juice. She displayed an attitude, when I disputed the amount charged. When I approached management, their attitude was even worse. (Amazing!) Overall, indoors is kept clean. I ordered from the breakfast menu and it was pretty good. Drive thru and indoors children's play area. Within walking distance to bus Bx5.
