  I went to Maka Salon located at 1660 Sheepsheadbsy Rd, to have electrolysis treatment, on the phone she told me it will cost me $60 for 1 hour, when the girl finished treatment, she charged me for 1 1/2 hour $110, they over charged me for no reasons. In the beginning of the treatment the girl was 30 minutes fixing her electrolysis machine because it didn’t work good. The girl was not professional and she was very slow because usually I do in different place with another lady and she do the same area usually for 20-30 minutes. As well, she is not professional because she tear out hair with power, she doesn’t know how to use probably this machine. I will not suggest anyone to go to this salon, the owner of the place was very rude, she was telling me that she doesn’t accept credit card and taking only cash, I was surprised because usually I don’t carry cash. Not a good place to go.👎👎👎

  Amazing result! Sam is a magician. I've been searching for a good hairstylist for a long time now. With many years of research and experiments on my poor hair I finally found someone who understands what a client wants and how to achieve result without damaging your hair. Also his assistant and receptionist Irakli is the nicest guy ever.

  My experience at Maka Salon & Spa was excellent. Lovely and professional people and clean environment! Recommend to anyone!!!
