  Our experience with Major Drain was wonderful! Our technician was on time, courteous, and explained everything clearly. We were given honest information and were invited to look at the live feed video (as well as given a copy of that video). Pricing for what needed to be done was honest and fair. The work completed was exceptional. We recommend this company!

  Was there within a couple hours on a Sunday evening {Mother's Day} and had the line unclogged in an hour. Chad was kind, clean, and professional. Made sure to clean up and not leave any remnants behind. I will call and recommend MD every time I need them. Clear up-front online pricing structure made sure I wasn't left guessing on the bill. I had an idea even before I called how much it would be *exactly. Major Drain was not a major pain!

  Call Major Drain, your wallet and dignity will thank you. They have the most reliable, hard-working, non-commissioned plumbers out there. Major Drain is where all of the honest plumbers have left other dishonest companies, and have come together. Ryan with Major Drain saved me over $5,800 in unnecessary repairs to rip out my driveway and repair my supposedly collapsed clay main sewer line that another local company insisted that I needed. I was 18 hours away from having my driveway ripped up, before Major Drain gave me a second opinion. Turned out just to be built up roots, not a broken drain tile; and I have video to prove it. Sure it may need to be maintained and cleared ever year or so, yes, but we live in a tree-filled Omaha neighborhood, what do you expect. I will (insistently) recommend Major Drain to everyone who needs plumbing work of any size in Omaha. Thank you!

  I have worked with several different plumbing and home repair companies over the past couple years, and this is the best experience by far. I usually don't leave reviews for companies unless they have really impressed me - and Major Drain definitely has! They are readily available to answer questions, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will be using them for all future projects and recommending them to all of my friends/family.

  Update 3/2018 I love them even more. Second minor emergency, fast action- toilet overflow to problem fixed and cleaned up? total of three hours. First review 2017- I LOVE Major Drain! I got an estimate from another company for $2100 to replace a water heater and $400 for "just a repair." Major Drain offered the replacement for $1200, but DIDN'T go for the up-sell, and told me that they could fix the problem for under $200 because the tank showed no problems. Very helpful about helping me decide between replacing the tank and just doing the repair with absolutely NO PRESSURE.
