::Chris is the best???? He bent over backwards for me. any issue i had he took care of and even issues i didn't even ask him to do. My impression of Chris is that he is a sincerely honest man and that's hard to find in this industry. Thanks again Chris. You will be recommended by myself and my girlfriend Lili. I was a real pain in the ass and very demanding and he was incredibly accommodating knowledgeable helpful and understanding.

::I found this dealer by searching on Google maps, and after reading reviews here and on cargurus, I decided to go talk to them. They had a car listed on their website that I was interested in. The price was great compared to KBB, so I asked if it was the cash price - and it was. (Some dealers only advertise a "finance price".) When I went to see the vehicle, I met and talked with Chris, the owner. He had me listen to the engine and pointed out how it sounded like it needed a tuneup, he showed me a couple of things he planned to do under the hood, and he showed me the cosmetic flaws around the body. His approach was honest & he was up front about the issues, and he didn't use any kind of high pressure sales tactics or try to get me to look at any other cars. He kept the vehicle for a few days to fix the issues, and then called me - he said he had caught some additional issues with the transmission, and wanted to send it out for repair before letting me take possession. I had to wait a little longer, but I was ok with that and happy that he took care of it at no extra cost to me. I also want to say his crew seemed like a decent group - Billy and Johnny were both very helpful. I'll return when I need to have work done on the vehicle, and I'll recommend them to friends looking for a used car.
