  Great deserts and service is just fine. need to be more detail oriented in the coffe machine since it need more mantenance in order to do not delivery a burn cup of coffee when you refere an Americano or Expresso, coffee must have a balance flavor not burning of with a funny taste, that is not acceptable.

  AWFUL SERVICE. If you have to wait forever to get seated, and even longer to get any attention, you will likely run out of patience before your coffee/pastries/food finally gets delivered. Repeatedly an awful and stressful experience. They just don't seem to care. Wow !

  got engaged here last weekend. staff was extremely helpful with the logistics and so happy for us. i love this place! as for the food and coffee A+++. Taste of Paris in NYC!

  The lemonade was huge but I loved it. Great servers. Felt like there were a lot of choices and maybe they were but what I got was delicious and of quality. Relaxing polished spot to grab food with a girlfriend and gossip.

  This place is amazing. The staff, pastries and beverages are very good. Everything you get in this place will be so good you will want more of it. I just with that this place had a franchise in Argentina. Just make it happen! Palermo would be a great place for you!
