  Never coming here again! From the moment I walked in one of the women talked to me with attitude. It was hell trying to communicate with them and whenever I asked the man if he could fix a nail he would ignore it so I had to bring it up again to the other lady so she could fix it which she did in such a rude manner and blamed me for ruining it when I didn't even touch it to begin with. I was letting my nails dry so I wouldn't mess them up and another lady came up to me and touched them then rudely told me that they were done and I basically got kicked out. The way she handed the change back was so unprofessional! People like that should not own a business if they can't provide good customer service!! They don't take the time to make sure that you're satisfied with how your nails came out. It wasn't worth saying thank you in the end.

  Just got my nails done and I LOVE THEM!!! MAI DOES A GREAT JOB EVERYTIME. I have never had a bad experience since I've been coming here.

  This place is horrible.... first, it's hard to even communicate with these people since they don't really speak English. So I showed this man a photo of what I wanted. And I told him I wanted a matte finished look and he did the opposite. He left balls of acrylic underneath my nails even though I asked him to removed them. He was bothered I asked and said he would do it later and never did. They are uneven and one looks weird. I guess this is what I get for ditching my regular nail technician today.
