I went in to get a key copied and they didn't have anymore of that particular key so told me to come back later in the week, totally fine. This was the third locksmith I had been to that did not have that key type so I asked if this was a special type of key that not a lot of places had inventory of. While walking away from me, he begrudgingly moans, "We are just out of this key man." . OK, well, that is not at all what I asked you. So, I tried to phrase it differently but the guy just cut me off and said "Dude, we don't have that key type.". I GET THAT. I am asking you a completely separate question. Rudeness and stupidity is a brutal combination.

Just left Mainline where Ed refused to open a plastic bag in order to examine the part I needed. He even went so far as to mock me saying "why don't you go to mcdonalds and ask them to open the package before you buy it?" I suspect McDonalds would actually agree to this though. Sadly I have and would have continued to go to mainline for all my lock and key needs but not any more. Nice customer service there Ed.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. WORT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAY AWAY!! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! The one thing they do - make keys - they did incorrectly. I had an extra car key made by them and it got stuck in my ignition. When I went back to them the REFUSED to refund me for the key or help me at all! The nerve! I then had to waste hours of my day driving all of the city trying to get this faulty key out of my ignition. They RUINED my ignition! I had to get in completely replaced and when I went back to them the next day they were SO RUDE! Told me to GET OUT! Literally to get out of their store because I had no claim. I CAN'T WARN YOU ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE! *** Slight edit to this review, Larry the owner/CFO was the only nice human there and did finally admit fault/pay for damages. But still keeping it a 1 star for the other workers there... Hint to Larry don't hire terrible people if you want to keep your business.
