Always busy, crowds of students and visitors as well as locals. Main gate has a variety of choices in food and shopping. It is along the main Street car line in town and has the feel of life one finds in Mexico City or Manhattan without the expense.

Tucson is really trying to build an area that people we love. Once they get the homeless population under control this will be a beautiful part of the Arizona tourist attraction. Looking forward to see how it got.

So many cute shops here. Local, local, local. You can spend an entire day here if you'd like. Pizza is good around here. Nice place to hang with friends and watch sports games. Lots of drink options.

A matter of perspective! As the off-campus extension of the student dining experience, this place is great! A fun scene with lots of food ranging from good to excellent, and plenty of adult beverage choices. As a shopping center, this is a bit of non-stop hustle and bustle. If you enjoy a mall at Christmas, you can get that feel all year long here. If you prefer quiet and calm, look elsewhere. Prices are generally reasonable - aimed at the student with some spending cash, though specials abound if you know where to look.

Great place for a coffee or tea with friends in the day, or a drink at night. The establishments along the square are made for students who need a little break. As it is so close to the university, there are a lot of students around. The cafes around are perfect for study dates or studying alone. The clothing stores are a bit pricey but great quality. At night, the square is quite lively. Also a wonderful place for a casual stroll or to chill.
