  Wouldn’t waste my time 80$ for a sew-in to have 5 different thread in my hair cause they wanted to rush even the flat iron was terrible & disgusting attitudes co-worker ain’t knock walked in on me while I was using the bathroom not to mention put mad braiding hair on my dayum food DONT GO HERE POOR SERVICE and expensive just to have no edges and a headache

  It's a very good salon I always go to do my hair their. They all do my hair and the workers are so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this place to many of you.

  Horrible experience! They charge an extra $10 to wash your hair. Mind u she barely put shampoo in my hair and no conditioner. She also mad me blow dry my own hair which took forever. The design I showed her was a simple cornroll design she said she could do. Two braids in, it looked like she was making up a design as she went. So I told her I didn't like it and she took it out. Then complained about being to tired and said her sister will do it. This time I picked a more simple design, so that it could not be messed up on because it is just cornrolls right? Nope wrong! 1 braid in and it wasn't looking good and they complained about my hair being natural and that the people in the pictures hair are permed. I never had a problem with getting my natural hair braided before, so again I tried to make it easier for them by going next door to the Dominicans to get a blow out but before they let me go they wanted the $10 for their so call wash they did. When I came back there was a 3rd person about to attempt to braid my hair. I showed her the picture and I asked her repeatedly if she could execute the design she said yes and told me it would be $80 and negotiated to $70. She said okay... now as she is braiding, it's starting not to look like the picture and I'm showing her the picture and it seems like she is catching an attitude as if I'm annoying her. Last time I checked I was a paying customer so I should get the service I asked for. Then she starts speaking in her native language about me. Now when she was done I showed the person who was about to get there hair done the pic and asked if it looked me hair and they said no (which I already knew) and I told the lady that I would be getting her $60 for the mediocre work. She told me no $80. I then proceeded to tell her agreed on $70 but now she can't remember 😒... I still have her $60 and told then they are lucky they got that much out of me. But overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional and rude! Also over priced with their mediocre braids.
