  Terrible customer service. Driver was 30 minutes late to scheduled pick up time. They only called me about the delay 2 minutes before he was supposed to arrive. The owner did not even bother to apologize when I got there to pick up the rental car. The driver was very friendly and the car was clean, but terrible ownership and management.

  I don’t understand the negative review of “the yelling”??? The people here were very respectful, courteous and extremely helpful. Annmarie the owner was very accommodating to me when the next day I had to make a vehicle change to a larger truck. For military and uniformed members we get a better discount with Magyars Budget Rental than with any other local truck rental. Strongly recommend their services. They also rent RV’s. I know where I’m going to rent for our trip to the Grand Canyon!

  They were helpful but pushed the insurance a little too hard even knowing we already had verified we were covered.

  There's a reason they're called Magyar the terrible. Constant yelling with no regard for customers who are in there.
