This hotel has all the expected amenities. Complimentary warm cookies and milk in the evening is a nice treat to end the day. There is also a happy hour offering in The Lounge. The room was clean and the staff friendly. That being said, some rooms have no view. And while the staff is friendly and apologetic, the service can be lacking for a hotel ranked 4-stars on the travel websites. I was disappointed with my stay, but not so disappointed that I would say, "Don't stay here." Hope you have a better stay than I.

We decided to stay here with family for a week long convention. The rooms were great, housekeeping was wonderful, the interior decor was awesome, and the front desk staff was always friendly. In particular, TAJ who checked us in was very sweet! One thing I would definitely watch before booking this hotel is the parking fee. There's no free parking. The valet is $33 a day! Our total just for parking came out to be super expensive - $290 in parking. I was super disappointed with the car situation. The hotel needs to have better parking rates because this is beyond ridiculous and a rip off. I may not stay at this hotel again due to the ridiculously high priced parking fare. I would rather book somewhere else and use the $290 for something more fun and useful. Also, if I had known - I would have booked elsewhere. And unfortunately there's no where in the website stating the $33 parking charge.

First I'd like to say the staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't ready when I arrived after 4pm but I was offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The hotel is beautiful. I stayed in room 409 and wound up with terrible bug bites in the morning. I'm not sure what bit me but they're on my neck, chest and under my left arm. I reported it in the morning but I don't know if they did anything about it. Typically I don't write reviews but if the hotel has bugs in one room they might be in others as well.

The hotel was very comfortable and the new renovations that have been done were all top notch. There was a wedding the same day that we checked in and the staff was handling the commotion wonderfully. One critique I could offer is about breakfast. They've recently switched from a large buffet style set up to a more dine in experience. I definitely see the benefit to this, but the dining room is just too small to accommodate a full hotel like we had last weekend. Highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay in downtown.

Terrible. The hotel itself is decent clean modern. But I checked in and the room reeks of cigarette smoke there was cigarette ashes in the restroom the room had been cleaned but smells like smoke. I called the front desk to complain they said they were fully booked and couldn't move me to another room which I understood that's fine but I was stuck here for 2 days. I called three more times during my stay to see if there's anything else they could do. no one was helpful at all no one seemed to care that this was an issue, my clothes smell like cigarette smoke hard to sleep. Also the beds aren't very good. But overall very unhappy with the way the staff handled this issue. They didn't even offer air freshener which I would have appreciated. Also there is a refrigerator but it is completely filled with snacks and drinks to buy there is no room to use for anything personal a big waste of space. Also the parking garage associated with the hotel has a big sign that says $5 but it's actually $25 FYI
