  I have been calling since Tuesday and no one as answer the phone and they don't have a voicemail set up. Me and my husband has been using Magic Touch cleaners since around the early part of 1987 around that time and I haven't never received any bad service from them and when the owner had her baby gave her a gift for the 👶 and now what going on with the bad service I'm getting. Probably have to go to another cleaner.

  I had been dealing with this company for a number of years previous to moving out of the immediate area. I had considered them to do good quality work. My needs had changed so, I didn't need them quite as often. In the interim, the owners put a young lady in charge which I found to be off putting because whenever I went to get some dry cleaning done, she would tell me I should take my cleaning somewhere else. Now, that seemed peculiar to me since I know a business is in business to make money and provide good customer service. The young lady would be condescending in her attitude but, I go to the area to look after my aging dad, my Church is out there and it is convenient during my travels. On one occasion, my son spilled gravy on his tan suit jacket, so I took it to be dry cleaned. The young lady again, seemed determined that I take my business elsewhere. I insisted the suit as well as other items be cleaned, I was sure, despite the attitude, I would receive the same quality work. When I received the suit, it was stained. I had told the young lady it was gravy, but when I went to pick up my items, she said "You people are nasty and bring filthy things in here for us to clean". She then indicated that it was vomit on the suit. I was offended by the "You People" and the insinuation that I was filthy, and told her as much. I also insisted she send the suit back and let them know it was gravy, maybe the cleaning solution was wrong. After a few minutes discussion, she agreed. I had to pay for all the items before I left. When I got back a week later to pick up the suit, it was in the same condition as before. I asked for the owner's number because her attitude was tying my hands regarding the garment. She would not give it to me. Be aware, this is not the first time I asked for the number of a superior only to be denied. She said she would have them call me. I left the jacket, and the next time I went to get it, it was clean. I thought this was the end of this.Never did I use unfit language or did I offer insult, I just wanted to continue doing business with Magic Touch Cleaners in the manor I had become used to.Today, I was refused service because of my insistence on the quality I expect from Magic Touch Cleaners. I again asked for a number to repair relations, and again I was refused. This is causing me a great inconvenience. I am suggesting discrimination because there were times I was there and a hispanic person would walk in a get good customer service ahead of me. The location of the business is in an area where blacks and hispanics co-exist and I'm speaking out because if this happened to me, I am sure someone else has experienced it. In my America, bigotry is not welcome and it should be addressed. Thank you for your audience My review is 0
