  Hi my name is Yohn Mask I recently just went in for an eye exam and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and Ms.Tran. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Look forward to seeing her and her wonderful staff next year when my check is due thanks Maggie.

  Dr. Tran was professional and polite. My appointment was ON TIME despite having a full waiting room! She took the time to speak with me personally & about my appointment. 10/10 will definitely keep her as my new Optometrist!

  Completely disappointed. Have worked in medical for a long time and couldn’t be more understanding, but the lack of professionalism and genuine lack of concern for their patients blows my mind. Called before appointment to just simply ask to move to a later appointment, they didn’t answer so we called the target and was told they would let them know we wouldn’t reschedule but indeed show up to our appointment. We showed up 17 min late and was told after 15 minutes that they filled our appointment and had no availability and two days later was the first available. I asked kindly after explaining the clear misunderstanding if we could work through the problem, stay till the last patient, come back, fit in and the receptionist was just cold and rude with zero cares to fix the problem just say no apology no anything. I was upset and got a super kind Target rep Todd and he tried also but the receptionist was extremely rude to him also! In the process of this, another patient came in to be an add on and was told no also, he told them he called all day multiple times but no one answered, similar to my story, but he just walked out yelling “goodbye forever doctor Tran”... Do not go here... terrible staff... sorry for the bad review but something needed to be done and other patients like myself need to know what to expect...

  I love Dr. Tran! She's really sweet. She takes her time and listens to you, which is important for my bad eyes🤓 And she REALLY knows what she's doing!!!!!

  Great experience! Thorough and quick. Will definitely go back. She also sees kids, so will be taking my 4 and 6 year old back for an eye check. I also love the online scheduling!
