::Good store. I always find what I need. I get there first thing when the store opens to avoid lines. I am just annoyed that they have their speakers up full blast playing loud stupid music doesn't make it a very calm shopping experience where you can't even make out contact with a store associate. I complained to the store management about keeping the sound to a minimum but he was annoyed that I complained to him

::This is one of the Macy's I like to go shopping because it is always clean and organized. The store is really big, three stories high. They also have very good specials every month. Staff are friendly and helpful. 🙂

::This Macy's has gotten better. 2-3 years ago it was ewwww! Now is clean and organized. I have had great customer service in the women's department, the shoe department and the beauty department. I recently went to return a mascara and was greeted promptly and asked if I needed help. The transaction was fast and easy. The clearance racks usually have great deals/discounts. Make sure you ask for validation after paying!

::I like the merchandise, but didn't feel acknowledged by some sales associates in the early morning hours. The guy in make-up department needs to smile a bit more. He crossed my path and didn't even say excuse me. He even had that rude look about him...scary dude. On the other hand, the sales lady who helped me was quite pleasant. For her solely, I'd give her the 5 stars, but the guy killed it.

::中級のデパートです。LAのダウンタウンは店舗が大きくはないですが、場所が良いので、良く行きます。アメリカで、洋服（スポーツ用品、カジュアル、ビジネス）や靴、スーツケースを買う時は、ほとんどMacysです。NIKEやADIDAS、リーバイス、カルバン・クライン、ラルフローレン、サムソナイト他、アウトレットより良い品があり、バーゲンや値引き品に当たるとかなり安いことがあり、アウトレットより得なことを多く経験しています。 ビジターセンター、又はカスタマーサービスに行けば、パスポート持参で、外国人客は更に値引き（2018年1月の時点10%引き）のクーポンを手に入れることが出来るかも知れません。 アメリカでは、どちらでも一緒ですが、同じ系列のデパートでも、品揃えが違ったり、同じのでもサイズや色が無かったりするので、気に入った品で、自分にサイズが合えば、購入する様にしています。特にジーンズやズボン系は、ウエストと長さまでサイズがあるのです。Yシャツも、同様で首周りと手丈が、自分に合うのがあり、イージーオーダーみたいにぴったりです。
