  This place could be good until you come across a unpleasant associate. So I went to pay and the worker unwillingly took me at the register and said she didn’t want to ring me up because they want her to clean up a bit. (I was in the Levi’s section and it was neat already, so I don’t get why was she in such a rush) But then at the register she tried to rush the transaction. I wanted a emailed receipt just in case I misplaced the paper one but she told me “no don’t do email because I have to go, they want me to clean” then just took the paper receipt threw it on the table and walked off. So when did the customers needs come last? Macy’s get your priorities in order!

  The employees I ended up asking for help were very lazy and rude. Just because I was sitting on a chair one employee told me I couldn't sit there ... WHY.. I have no idea. ALL I WAS DOING WAS WAITING THERE TO GET HELP FROM HER WHICH WAS A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE ALL SHE WAS GOOD AT WAS TELLING ME I COULD NOT SIT ON THE CHAIR. Absolutley no one knew where I had to go to pick up online orders. TILL ONE LOVELY LADY CAME ALONG AND HELPED.

  Its Macy's what can I say. The name speaks for it self. I love everything about the store. The woman who assisted us "Michelle", fabulous personality. She took her time & assisted us with our request. Lovely person.

  I love macy’s but not this one location at Kings Plaza, I personally find the employees to be extremely lazy and not helpful. Lines are long, about 2 counters are usually open on each floor. When ever I go here for something employees don’t really wanna help, they brush it off saying they don’t work with that department. Don’t recommend it...
