  It's an alright place 2 shop 4 all kinds of things perfumes, colognes, men/women clothes, jewelry etc..plus 4 women who love makeup can visit the Mac vendors 2 doll them up like a star 😅🤣😂

  Not friendly at all, cashier had an attitude as if we were bothering her. The last time I experienced that much eye rolling someone was having a seizure & that someone was me. Next time keep your tail home or don't work with the public. Oh, she was in the comforters section, short hair with a Jamaican accent

  Was turned away by one cashier because I was not in the dress section while I was trying to return a dress. There was no one at the register when I got there and I literally walked in a circle and another customer beat me there. However, a young pleasant cashier with big hair helped me and when I left out I had repurchased the dress and saved some money. Thanks young pleasant cashier lady

  I arrived there at 7:45 looking for a gift for my sister, I chose a purse I’d thought she’d like. They were locked, luckily it was next to the cashier and there was a sales rep. She made me wait for her for like 5 mins because she was working on whatever. I was patient and whatever. Then I asked her for a price of a different purse and she responded with an attitude “I already have this purse with the price”. Then she tells me we have to go to another register because she had to close that one. So I followed her to the available register and she sees her friend/someone she knew and decides to take care of her first. I was in no rush so I had a little patience left thinking about how much my sister would like what I bought her. I wanted to go back and check that the bag had received the 20% off like it mentioned on the rack but all of a sudden the Store intercom says all customers must exit. There was no warning that the store was closing soon, just a “we are now closed please exit” but what made me mad was that they didn’t allow me to exit through the mall entrance from where I came in. Instead I had to use the door on the basement level leading to the outside of the store. I had no choice but to walk for 6 minutes in 45 degree weather to the other side of the mall which was were I parked. Point is, Things like this cause people not to come back. Which is why Macy’s isn’t doing so great

  I was there yesterday 3/31, I was trying to buy a fragrance set that cost $155. I asked the vendor of this brand if I can have the pink bag as a gift she said yes but an African American( Betty) Lady said no ,the associated was going to look for it when she called her and said something to her so the associated came said didn't have any more. I got to Wheaton and I got the bag that I wanted . I asked if Betty is a manager I fund out she is a vendor her self .I guess I was not buying the brand that she represents or because I'm not African American.
