  I love the fact that I can order online, try it at home, and if I don't like something, I can always take it back to a Macy's and return it.

  Not enough cashiers open had to walk around all over to find one open and call for help to get one open. I was with someone that was walking with a cain so they should have had more help. She was getting tired from walking around.

  These lines are unacceptable. The only thing outstanding is the time I spent to buy a pair of jeans. This is why people buy online and use retail spaces as glorified fitting rooms.

  The sales rep in the Handbags department tonight was amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and funny. So 4 stars to him, however the department store as a whole was just a hot mess. Super unorganized, messy, and out of stock on everything. Looks bad. Wake your game up, Macy's.
