  My experience with the Bridal Salon at Macy's has been amazing from the first time I walked in back in January to choose a gown until I picked up my bridal gown today. Andrea, Christina, Gail, Stephanie and Julia ALL made my wedding experience so special with their welcoming, courteous, friendly, TOTAL customer service FIRST attitude. I made some lifetime friends in the process. Thank you, ladies, for just being YOU! Love you ALL ❤

  Always pure chaos at this Macy's. So many people. Different departments are more friendly than others and every one seems to be confused about numerous aspects of their job. Expect to wait. But a fully functional and typical department store.

  Has a lot of clothes but not all seizes. Especially in their intimate apparels. Service us TERRIBLE no one at registers,had to go find someone in another department which wasn't easy and they had to call for someone. 4 people were waiting 20 min to get sales help and we're extremely turned off. Bad enough you don't get boxes or gift wrap anymore. Now no bag or anyone to help or be at register even when you purchase a $100.00 blouse is unacceptable. Also they give you star rewards for a certain amount of purchases added up and if you use it and return an item you don't get them credited back you just lose them so it's really not giving you anything

  The jewelry dept check out woman didn't want to use a promo code (new customer sign up coupon ) I provided. I showed her a saved coupon picture on my phone. She said she cannot use it, and i need bring in a paper coupon. I came back home found that paper coupon and found there is no where says need to present the paper coupon. It says- input this promo code in the store and get 25% off for sign up customer. Well, how lazy could be she even cannot input a code? Fist time is the last time, will not go to this awkward store again.

  I was looking for a cute dress for a dinner that wasn't too expensive but they had all the prices bumped up because it's prom season. Eventually I was able to find a cute dress for a reasonable price,but only after digging through the poorly organized racks while trying not to trip on all the dresses all over the floor.
