  Most of the employees are helpful except for the older woman that works in Juniors and sometimes women's underwear. She is the worst makes you want to shop online to not deal with her. Other than that Everyone is helpful and great.

  Had a great dale on some charcoal body wash however they didn't want to give me a discount on a perfume that was Cleary used and we missing a cap so they get a 3 cause they should always accomadate customers especially if ur product is not new or up to par.

  Sales help ?? Visited the mattresses section to find a replacement twin. Wandered around looking randomly at the many conflicting options. Not a salesperson to be seen ! Walked up Summer street to Mattress Firm and received immediate attention.

  Staff was helpful in the women's especially the woman who completed the sales. I found exactly what I wanted. BTW, there was only one person in the shoe department....I left after waiting 20 minutes. Not her fault. The shoe department is always a long wait. Will go to DSW from now on.

  My favourite American store. So much variety and excellent service. Will always go to macys!
