  I windowed shopped and tried on items. Happy that there is always a dressing room open! Very important to try on the clothes. Nice quality at a variety of prices. Sale racks take time to search though, but worth tne treasure hunt!!

  I have been in love with Macy's for more than 40 years. Fantastic deals & quality. Always wonderful % off. Also, customer service 800 # they're helpful. I must admit from time to time on the floor, there's no one in site to assist. I got some much needed dinnerware,after using over 28 years , 222 Fifth Avenue. I donated them to Savers. Last week, I got a wonderful deal on 32 piece, Pfaltzgraff Painted Poppies. It's hard not to buy great deals from Macy's. Thanks Macy's.

  Closes an hour before the mall. Employees and management are very rude. At 7:52 I politely requested the manager to keep the mall side door open until the closing time of 8pm, he ignored me and pushed me out of the way with the sliding glass security doors. Manager then locked the doors to the mall at 7:56, forcing us to go outside to go back into the mall. First world problem I know. But the rudeness is the issue. In addition. With a line of ten people to check out and announcing literally every 60 seconds they only had one register open. They closed the register exactly at 8, refusing to check out the customers behind us in line. And people wonder why Macy's is going out of business.

  Very helpful staff in bedding. Very good variety as well. My only disappointment is that Macy's no longer appears to carry Egyptian cotton sheets. When they do I would happily grant the fifth star.
