  You sure you talking the right Mack's Auto in East Fort Worth? My experience was OUTSTANDING! Left my truck in the morning, was called within 90 minutes with a diagnosis & estimate. My truck was ready when I got off work and the estimate was to the penny!!!!! I couldn't be happier! Too, this was not my first time at Mack's! They are my ONLY repair shop, they have never needed more than 2 days to get my truck back to me, and THAT was because I brought it in late in the day. Also, the staff is super nice, didn't treat me like a "dumb female" which I truly appreciated, but they did explain in detail what my problem was, and even had my "bad part" there for me to see when I came in. Honest, Accurate, and Friendly! What more could I (or anyone) want! Thanks for being here for me guys!

  This shop sucks! Took truck in on tuesday morning, was told I would get a call when work was started. I never got that call, so I call them on friday for an update, and was told no work was done, they could not fix it. JUST A WASTE OF TIME!

  Wonderful work, wore out a transmission and engine, these guys had me up and running a week later for about 1.5k less than any other mechanic I found (the 1 star guys must be thinking of the macks nearby to this one. )

  Very clean shop very professional was a great help on my truck I took it to several shops and noone could fix it 4 shops later they figured it out! I highly recommend this shop and there prices are very reasonable.

  Brought my vehicle in and was quoted a good price, once the job was going, they need more parts and money to finish out the original job. It added up fast and it was expensive and poor quality! DON'T GO HERE!
