  Didn’t answer my phone calls to schedule an appointment also when I was there my mom got a nasty attitude from the lady.

  I was really excited to buy red ruby woo lipstick cause thats what my MUA used on me once. I loved it so much i wanted to buy it. But when i went down there i waited a whole 20 min. . Literally just standing there looking at the makeup and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE asked me if i needed assistance. They didnt even bother to acknowledge me even though im 100% sure they saw me. Never going there again. And never recommending them. Just terrible..

  I had an appointment with Dustin. When I got there he put me off on a girl who had no idea what she was doing. I told her I was open for anything except wearing prolong wear because it broke me out. I look down and that's what she is using. Needless to say this pissed me off and ruined any chance of me giving her a chance. I've always had a good experience at MAC. This was the only negative experience I've ever had. My make looked great but my face broke out the next day, I should have come home and washed it off but I had an event to go to.

  I went for the first time today to get my foundation matched. I waited 10 minutes at the counter for assistance. one of the girls said she'd be with me in a second. 10 minutes pass by and she finally asks what I needed help with. I told her and she said it would be 5 more minutes. 10 minutes pass by and nothing. over 30 minutes of my time wasted. I'll never be back to this location. I was really excited and the people there really ruined my experience. hopefully they're not all like this.
