::Dr. Ben Palmer is the best!! If you want a Dr. that is friendly, thorough, informative and really cares about you and your whole health then Ben is your guy! When I go to him with post workout soreness he helps explains where the pain is stemming from and what is causing it. He then helps provide a plan for instant relief, recovery and preventative care for the future. I would recommend M1 to anyone!
