  Unreliable! Choose a different cleaner! I was flatly denied by the woman in charge. Her employee was even surprised, “Really, no discount?” he said? “No.” I dropped off some dry-cleaning with this place and asked if they could turn it around in 24-hour hours. It was important that the order was rushed. I asked twice if it was possible to rush the order. The following day I returned at the scheduled time and my dry-cleaning was not ready, and was not available for me to take back uncleaned. I was told I’d receive a call later that day. I received no call. I returned two days later and was told my order would not be ready for another 3 days. A week after I requested a rush job and assured the service. I told them I was going to be out of town until the following week. I returned 10 days later and reiterated the above and asked if they’d like to make it right with a discount of any kind. I was flatly denied by the woman in charge. Her employee was even surprised, “Really, no discount?” he said? “No.” They didn’t care to correct her mistake. They did not care about keeping my business. They won’t care about yours. There are several other cleaners nearby. I highly recommend going to a competitor.

  I've always had a great experience here. This is the best laundromat in greenpoint! The people are the best and the nicest and the mother and daughter a sweet and funny too. The drop off service is great with reasonable prices. The people who fold the clothes are very skilled and talanted. Great service. The dog Drake is kid friendly and everyone friendly. That makes the laundromats theme feel welcomed with the doggy there. I love M&W. I live in Queens and I travel to M&W to do my laundry because the service is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best prices on Laundry drop off or do it yourself.

  I regularly drop off my laundry here for full service. Strikes a fair balance for cost & quality level. I've had a few items comes back with small bleach stains, likely left behind in their machines from the previous wash. The service isn't shiny happy, but competent & occasionally friendly. I was taking laundry to Brooklynites on McGuinnes for years & the last year my clothes came back poorly folded, some with bleach stains & service was surly. Best laundry service of the five places I've tried in the vicinity comes from Manhattan Avenue Cleaners at Greenpoint Ave, best folding (origami underwear), nicest service, clothing never stained. But, they have the highest prices & I can't afford to take my clothes there weekly.

  I've always had a great experience. The daughter of the owner holds the door open for me as I head out with my laundry - they are all SUPER sweet.
