  What can I say that hasn't been said about this parking lot.....let it be your last option. On your lucky day you may encounter good customer service, but this will not save from price gouging. Expect to pay $27 for parking here just past 2 hours. It's the Heights!!!... Why? How? I hope at least workers are getting payed well, which I doubt. Place is decrepit.

  Really affordable in terms of city parking garages. But they can fill up quickly late at night.

  I've lived close to this parking garage for 7 years. I've never had a good customer service experience but I usually dealt with it because it's close by. I mean after all how much customer service is needed to run a parking garage. I wasn't expecting gold star service. Today all 3 elevators were out. No one could get their car for serval hours. I called the main office hoping to speak to the owner and told them what was happening and it seemed no one from the garage had spoken to the management office about all 3 elevators being out. Still waiting for my car. Still waiting for an answer from both management and garage workers. Seriously never using this garage again. Save yourself the trouble and park somewhere else.

  Do not go here! It took them 2 HOURS to get my car! There must have been some bribery going on because all the nice high end cars were released first. It didn't take a detective to figure out that all the BMW's Mercedes and other luxury vehicles were receiving priority! Also I purposely left 6 dollars worth of quarters in the console and they stole 2 dollars worth and the guy had a nerve to ask for a tip!!!
