  Warning! Do not do business with this company. They are an small, unprofessional shop which does not understand the the work they quote nor the permitting process, and will ask for substantial "non-refundable" deposits, which they will hold as leverage over you until you agree later to a real amended cost and timeline, not related to what they quoted you initially when asking for a deposit. They accepted took our deposit nearly four months ago, have yet to complete any work, and refuse to refund it due to the contract saying it is "non-refundable." Shortly after signing the contract and paying a deposit of over $10k they tried to increase the cost of the project by over and additional $10k, and substantially changed the timeline from 2 weeks to many months even to start construction and threatened to keep our deposit if we did not agree to a cost increase. We signed the updated contract, and they are now asking for additional fees and claiming more delays to start.
