  It took these guys 10 days to start working on a complete power outage situation. No responses to calls or texts. Excuses about needing to have parts shipped and needing a carpenter. They just screwed a piece of wood to siding themselves. Carpenter never showed or was needed. I've been out of power going on 12 days now. These guys are the worst electricians I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Beware if you every decide working with these guys. They have no empathy for you and will give run-around after run-around. Good luck and do yourself a favor and find a REAL company. UPDATE: 14 DAYS...STILL NO POWER WITH NO ETA.
