  Like others have stated, this company is hard to get on the phone. I got hung up on multiple times. They lock the doors to their office and will not answer the door when you knock. They will claim that they are in the office and you have to knock hard. I knocked and called the number on the window of the office while I was in the parking lot, but no one came to the door. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they set up an appointment to go and look at the house. They showed up for the first appointment but never showed up for the second which was the signing of the contract. They will give you multiple excuses why they are so hard to get on the phone. After multiple attempts, the owner finally came out to have me sign the contract. The contractors that came out to do the work did a good job replacing the windows, sliding glass door, and the siding. When it was time to paint my house, they claimed the painters were scheduled, but something tells me that they forgot to schedule the painters. After multiple phone calls, I was told that it would be three weeks before someone would be able to come out and paint. In the end, I had to paint my own house and demand money back, or I was going refer this matter to someone else. The only reason I stayed with this company is that I believed their story about a sick family member causing all of the problems. Now I think this wasn't entirely true. I think they don't care about their customers. Think twice about using this company. They will cause you a lot of stress and waste your time. I have learned my lesson. It is almost advisable that you get a lawyer in advance when dealing with this company.

  Very good and quality work everyone from the owner to the sons! The quality of workmanship and material was far superrior than others i have seen for more money on friends houses. I would reccomend this company to anyone looking for superrior work at a good price!

  Called to inquire about their carport services. Mid way through explaining the scope of the project to the man who answered the phone, he just hung up on me. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I called back. Rather unprofessionally, he pushed me to voicemail. Perhaps if some companies wanted a good reputation and to stay in business, maybe they should consider serving people and at least listening to 30 seconds of the scope of a project. I guess some business don't want to take money.

  The M Daigle website clearly states they do seamless gutters and downspouts. I accessed the M Daigle on-line inquiry form and checked the box for gutters and downspouts, indicating I was interested in getting more information on this category. I submitted all of my contact information and promptly received an automated reply thanking me for my inquiry and stating that someone would contact me "shortly". Nearly a full day later, I had received no response. I then called the phone number which appears on their website. I told the gentleman who answered the phone that I was interested in getting a quotation on gutters and downspouts. He said said they do not do gutters and downspouts. I told him their website says they do. He repeated that they do not do gutters and downspouts. Hmmm?????

  M. Daigle & Sons is the best companies you could do business with! They actually care about their customers and care about providing them with the best possible work and materials available, as well as an extreemly fair price. I have done business with them for many years and their morals and standards are the highest you will find and anyone who says otherwise is probably on a personal vendetta of some sorts! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!
