  Massages are not worth it. They are not custom and new therapist that are not experienced. They charge too much for what you receive.

  Honestly, I will never go back to this location or the other location in Laveen. I asked for SNS when I walked. The owner trimmed my nails super short, but I thought "ok, they might look cute" as she was adding the powder, the nails looked thicker and thicker after every layer.. Ok, when it was time to clean them up, she started using the wrong buffer causing pieces to be buffed off so now she is adding MORE powder to cover the holes left, now it looks a mess. I thought at the end they would look decent. They didn't! it was embarrassing! She said she would discount $5 but still charged me $30.. actually, she didn't even tell ME this, the receptionist came to tell me! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for people who are handing over their money to the business. I got them done Saturday, by Monday I took them off myself. Sh*tty service for sure!

  The people were nice and all but the guy who did my acrylics put gel polish on the sides of my nail and another nail is really crooked. He also seemed as if he was in a rush and didn't evenly paint my nails.

  Took my mother to get nails done and felt discriminated because we are Hispanic. One of ladies there didn't want to help my mother. Talked rudely in their language. The lady who helped my mother was the only nice and friendly person there. Felt sorry for her because you can tell the other employees there didn't like her because of her race. Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone. Need to work on there people skills. Feel disgusted everytime I think about it.

  This spa always has great customer service and does an excellent job. They have a variety of services at reasonable rates. Definitely will always come here.
