  Ilan and Bella were both very helpful and straightforward. It can be a minefield renting a TLC vehicle in NYC and Luxury One is efficient and very clear about their policies. Well done.

  I got rear ended at a red light and was hurt. Luxury One Gave me a new car to use, opened a Claim and fought for me, and even got a check from The other insurance company. Now I get to work rent free for 3 weeks!! They truly treat u like family.

  WORST experience ever!! The prices are decent but the trouble you have to go through in order to get anything fixed on the car or to be reimbursed for anything you had to spend out of pocket is ridiculous! Better off paying the little extra at another company but atleast you know any issues with the car will be taken care of with no problem.

  The service is wonderful, I’m 20 years old and i didn’t have a problems obtaining a vechile here. They make it so easy and quick I high recommend coming here if you need a car to start working.

  Absolutely loved the experience! Bella and Eli were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The only place I know that will help you with the renting process and have you out the door with a car to start work in the same day. Totally recommend them for anyone looking for a TLC car to rent!
