  Five stars for honesty. Brian had a Lexus I wanted so I took it to a shop downtown for a pre-purchase inspection. Brian said yes without a second thought and left it under my care for four hours. I received a thorough third party report and moved forward with my decision with confidence. I read through many of these comments and it seems to me that the people who left a “one star” review didn’t do their homework when everyone knows that buying a pre-owned vehicle comes with inherent risks. Seems silly to rely solely on a Carfax report and visual check. Might as well have kicked the tires :p I’d buy from Brian again.

  This company has amazing people! I saw a car i wanted, made an apt to look at it, changed my mind and showed up a few days earlier, and they were still accommodating in everyway! My daughter fell asleep before we got there and craig offered us a room with a couch wait in so wed be more comfy, and kept the refreashments coming! Edwin talked about treating people with kindness and love and how the world would be diffrent if we all thought like that! So humble! Before we left craig (knowing we had a long drive ahead of us) brought us out drinks for the road, he even noticed my favorite drink! Its those little things that blew me away! Fabulous people! Great company! I would absolutely buy from them again!

  I don't know if I was dealing with a bad rep or they were having a bad day. But these other reviews are the exact opposite of what I experienced. The guy on the phone talked way too fast, was rude and didn't even give me a chance to talk before he completely shut me down when it came to the car price. I understand this a 'one price' dealership but when you have a car that's been on your website for over 6 months and you still don't have a sale, at least listen to what I'm offering before interrupting me. Have fun selling that WAY overpriced Lexus, we sealed the deal with Gladstone Toyota and got the same exact car for 7k under your guys' ridiculous offer.

  Gregg lawrence is the guy to see. Extremely professional and efficient. Made the entire "buying a car" experience, super easy. The car was exactly as they described it. I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience.
