  We went on the Instagram to retrive the time the salon opens. First of all, the owner and the salon have different start time posted. My friend and I headed over a 10 am ( posted on @luxe.dolls that this was the opening time) and it wasn’t open. We waited until 12 pm thinking they were running late and nobody ever opened. In fact, we texted the number that is provided and nobody ever replied, we even called but the calls were declined. We even dm the salon and still nothing. It sucks because this has happened to us twice already which just proves maybe we should stop trying to come to this salon. Very disappointing!
