  The office staff has been great and Lyndsey is always a smiling face to answer all questions !The maintenance staff is fabulous! Jessie is always making everything so clean and Joe is always there right away when things need to be fixed! Jerry has taken care of us for over a year! Thank you all and love you !

  This place is definitely a place I would recommend! I really enjoy being here and being apart of the community. Moving from my home town to Mesa was a shocker but with the most friendly staff and my welcoming neighbors I feel like I made a new home.

  Great place to live with an easily accessible pool and gym and a dog park for your pets also the leasing office has coffee and cookies for residents and also the leasing office staff is very friendly

  I have lived here for a year and a half and it is easily the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I have no complaints. Whenever there has been an issue, they are quick to resolve it, my mail is never lost, maintenance staff is also great! You can tell that they care to maintain the property and the office staff are always so friendly and nice! The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. I love living here and would definitely recommend it!

  Luxe 1930 has really great staff. Searching for an apartment can be really stressful. They made the process easy and worked with us to get us moved in. I am excited to see what it is like once we move in. I feel good management makes a big difference in how you feel about the entire complex. I really thank them for everything they have done.
